Banersgatan Fastighetsutveckling was founded on a simple conviction: buildings for care should be planned with the same attentiveness as the work later carried out within them.
We develop senior housing, LSS homes and care properties together with municipalities and established operators. From land acquisition and zoning through to completion, we hold to the same standard of quality.
